Newell Brands Announces Board Changes

HOBOKEN, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Newell Brands Inc. (NYSE:NWL) today announced that Ian G.H. Ashken, Domenico De Sole and Martin E. Franklin have resigned from the Newell Board of Directors. These changes are currently effective.
